Who We Are
The Farmall Landowners and Ratepayers Association (FLRA) is a Non Profit Organization that strives to enhance the standards of the Farmall Community.
Currently the FLRA is run by a Committee of volunteers who work together to take on various projects within the community. Each member falls under a portfolio and the committee is headed by Chairman Daniel Kruger.
The aim of the committee is to collect funds from the community through our monthly membership, fundraising projects and donations. These funds will, in turn, be used to give back to the community and take on various project that will add to the quality of living within the community.

What We Do
The FLRA is a non-profit organization with the sole aim to represent the collective interests of the
Farmall residential community, by means of a duly elected committee, mandated to:

— We Aim To
Protect and advance the interests of Farmall ratepayers and residents, focusing on but not limited to, safety, service delivery, property values and quality of living.
02.
— We connect by
Acting as a collective mouthpiece to articulate members views to the relevant authorities and other related structures regarding service delivery.
03.
— We serve by
Identifying problem areas and focal points, in line with government laws, regulations and municipal by-laws, and address these in the broader interests of members.
04.
— We Communicate
We co-ordinate and / or affiliate with other relevant organizations in order to broaden our influence regarding matters affecting our area and community.
05.
— We Consult by
Creating any necessary structures in order to act legally in the interests of the community
06.
— We Provide by
Acquiring, managing and expending funds on behalf of the FLRA, in order to execute relevant
activities in pursuit of its objectives.
